Kam does Strictly at Lossie Seafest

It was a another celebration at KAM, this time for two of our team members, Stylist Tori and front of house Claire, who both took to the dance floor to entertain Lossie locals at the annual Seafest Festival.

The week of events was kicked off on Saturday night by the sold out Seafest Seafood Dinner, held in a marquee along the seafront with Strictly Lossiemouth providing the entertainment for the evening. Guests were greeted by welcome drinks and canapes, and then a delicious seafood dinner which was  supplied by local restaurant The 1629.

Tori, Claire and there partners had been practicing for the past 10 weeks, with the help of there professional dancer tutors who are also very good clients of the salon. Polishing off there dance moves in preparation for the night where each couple would take to the dance floor before being scored by the judging panel. Tori and her partner Andrew did a fantastic Rock n Roll, and Claire along with her partner Brian danced the Paso Doble. It was however Claire and Brians night as they were scored the highest of the evening and had to do a dance off with fellow competitiors Martin and Fiona, with the end result being the Paso Doble’s favourite dance of the evening.

Well done to all involved in this event, and well done to all the organisers and volunteers of the Lossiemouth Seafest Festival, looking forward to next year.
